1. General Policy
FastFutureX Global LLC provides custom digital services. Because many services require planning, resource allocation, design, development, consulting time, or third-party setup, refunds depend on the project type, milestone stage, and written agreement.
2. Custom Software, Websites, AI, and Design Projects
Initial deposits and milestone payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, resources have been allocated, or a milestone has been approved. If a client cancels before work begins, we may review the request and determine whether a partial refund is possible after deducting administrative and planning costs.
3. Milestone-Based Projects
Payments made for completed, delivered, approved, or partially completed milestones are not refundable. New requests outside the original scope may require separate approval and payment.
4. Consulting Services
Consulting fees are generally non-refundable after the consultation session, strategy meeting, audit, report, or advisory work has been provided.
5. Digital Marketing and Recurring Services
Monthly or recurring services may be cancelled according to the agreed notice period. Fees for completed work, active campaigns, creative production, management time, third-party ad spend, or subscription costs are not refundable.
6. Academy and Training Services
For online classes or training programs, refund eligibility may depend on purchase date, access status, course usage, and the terms listed at the time of enrollment. If no separate terms are provided, refund requests should be made within 48 hours of purchase and before substantial course content has been accessed.
7. Third-Party Costs
Fees paid to third-party providers such as hosting, domains, premium plugins, APIs, advertising platforms, software licenses, payment gateways, or subscriptions are not refundable by FastFutureX Global LLC unless the third party issues a refund.
8. How to Request a Refund Review
To request a refund review, email info@fastfuturex.com with your name, invoice number, service details, payment date, and reason for the request.

We encourage clients to contact us first so we can review the issue, clarify project status, and explore a fair solution based on the agreed scope and work already completed.
