1. Digital Service Delivery
Most FastFutureX Global LLC services are delivered electronically through email, online meetings, project management tools, cloud platforms, hosting accounts, source-code repositories, design tools, downloadable files, or other agreed digital channels.
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on project scope, client approvals, content availability, technical complexity, milestone requirements, and third-party platform response times. Estimated timelines are provided in proposals, invoices, statements of work, or written project agreements.
3. Client Requirements
Clients may need to provide access credentials, brand assets, written content, product information, API keys, hosting details, business requirements, feedback, approvals, and other materials. Delivery may be delayed if required materials are incomplete or late.
4. Milestones and Acceptance
For larger projects, delivery may occur in milestones such as planning, design, development, testing, launch, training, and handover. A milestone may be treated as accepted when the client approves it in writing, uses the deliverable, or does not provide reasonable feedback within the agreed review period.
5. Revisions and Scope Changes
Reasonable revisions may be included if stated in the proposal. Requests outside the agreed scope, major redesigns, additional features, emergency work, or third-party changes may require additional fees and revised delivery dates.
6. Training and Consulting Delivery
Training, online classes, consulting sessions, audits, and strategy meetings may be delivered through video calls, live sessions, recorded materials, documents, reports, or other agreed channels. Missed sessions, rescheduling rules, and cancellation terms may be stated in the project agreement.
7. Third-Party Dependencies
Some services depend on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, app stores, email providers, ad platforms, APIs, analytics tools, or software subscriptions. We are not responsible for delays or restrictions caused by third-party platforms.
8. Support After Delivery
Support after delivery is provided only as stated in the proposal, maintenance plan, warranty period, or written agreement. Ongoing maintenance, updates, backups, security monitoring, marketing management, and support retainers may be billed separately.
